- The age limit will be 35 years for novices and 45 years for skilled candidates.
- Grade 12 certificate and reference to the High School attended.
- Ex miners: Valid Certificates of competence as per skill and record of service.
- Must be a local citizen from Masilonyana and Matjhabeng Local Municipality.
- Must be South African Citizen with valid proof of identity.
- Water and light account as proof of residence/address verification cert from CES.
- Proficient in English speaking.
- Ability to pass an underground Certificate of Fitness.
- Need to pass Security Screening (No fraud, theft or violence).
