Required Qualification/ Experience:
Diploma or Degree in:
- Event Management.
- Public Administration.
- Social Sciences.
- Business Management or related field.
5–8 years’ experience in:
- Volunteer management and/or large-scale event workforce coordination.
- Legacy, CSI, or community impact programmes.
- Major events (sports tournaments, international events, or similar).
- Working with government entities and community organisations.
- Working with multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale programmes end-to-end.
- Experience in managing teams and cross-functional coordination.
